We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team at ATTO Inkjet. The Technician will be based on our showroom based in Kearny, NJ and responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our inkjet printing equipment on-site and at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install and set up inkjet printing equipment at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Repair and replace defective components as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation.
- Keep accurate records of service and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in digital UV printing fields
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of printing equipment, preferably inkjet printers.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
